Please pack the stove in the same way it arrived, with the protective packaging and pallet where supplied, and include the accessories. If the original packaging is unavailable or damaged, contact us so we can agree safe packaging before collection. This guidance does not limit your statutory rights.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. For cancellation returns, we refund within 14 days of being informed of your decision to cancel. Where applicable, we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. This does not apply where we have offered to collect the goods.
If your stove arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess the issue. Your rights for faulty goods are separate from our 30-day return offer and are not limited by it.
Our stoves come with a 2-year warranty from delivery. For assistance, email freshsupply.ltd@yahoo.com with your order number, model name and a description of the fault. Keep your proof of purchase and the documentation supplied with the stove. Follow the manufacturer’s installation, operation and maintenance instructions.
This policy and warranty are in addition to your statutory cancellation, refund and consumer guarantee rights. They do not restrict mandatory rights or any longer protection that applies in your country.
