Pallet delivery to the kerbside, including unloading from the truck. The carrier calls before delivery. Carrying the stove indoors and installation are not included.

Our stoves come with a 2-year warranty and 30-day free returns from delivery. We pay the return transport. Email info@casanovae24.com to arrange a return and pack the stove as it arrived. If packaging is missing or damaged, contact us for help. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
